We are a martial arts organisation formed over 35 years ago teaching a mixture of martial arts. We are affiliated to the Cobra Martial Arts Association (C.M.M.A). We currently run 27 different classes in the area, and have over 700 current students. Our senior instructor is Ian Gauldie who has over 30 years experience teaching martial arts and held the British Kickboxing and World Self Defence titles.
What do we do?
We teach four main elements at our sessions: Freestyle Ju-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Ground Fighting and the Filipino Martial Arts, as well as a host of combative concepts from a wide range of other arts. By combining these elements you will learn a broad range of practical techniques, incorporating aspects of many martial arts at the same time.
